Healthy Tune-Up Workshop Request
RELAX YOUR MIND & BODY SERIES
The "Relax Your Mind & Body" stress management workshop series is a great opportunity to encourage wellness for student groups as well as faculty and staff within offices and departments. The five one-hour workshops can be presented over five weeks or 1-2 per quarter throughout the year.
