
The Mind-Body Connection
The connection between the mind and body is important because it recognizes that our physical and mental well-being are directly linked to one another. Mental and physical health are no longer considered separate domains. Commonly, the researchers of the mind-body connection focus on how mental stress causes a physical response, and vice versa.
