
What does it cost to attend the workshops?
All workshops are FREE and open to the UCI community - including students, staff and faculty.
What is the format of the workshops?
The workshops are designed to be active in nature with time for personal reflection. At each workshop, information about offices and resources that assist with healthy stress management will be presented.
How long do the workshops last?
Each session lasts no more than 60 minutes.
What should I bring to the workshop?
There's nothing to bring. Dress comfortably and bring a pen - in case you want to take notes.
Is there any special attire?
Basic stretching may be involved - so please wear comfortable clothes.
