Learn how to lead "Relax Your Mind & Body" stress management workshops as a trained facilitator.

 

The "Relax Your Mind & Body" stress management workshop series teaches students, faculty, and staff positive ways to reduce stress and improve health and well-being.  Learn about stress, stress-management, and stress-reduction techniques. 

 

The "Relax Your Mind & Body" Facilitator Training Class is a Pass/No Pass 1.3 unit class that is open to UCI students. It will be held Fall Quarter of 2009.

 

Class size is limited.
