Ellen T. Reibling, Ph.D. Director Project Director, TRDRP Grant (949) 824-5036 ellentr@uci.edu
Ellen T. Reibling earned her B.A. in Psychology from Allegheny College, an M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling State University, and the Ph.D. in Environmental Health Policy and Science from UC Irvine. She started at UCI as Greek Advisor in 1985. In 1990, she acquired a federal grant for alcohol and other drug prevention that helped establish the Health Education Center. Under her leadership, the Center has grown from 2.5 FTE to the current staff of 8, with more than 20% of the budget funded by external grants focusing on tobacco control and sexual health. Part of Ellen's job includes serving as Project Director for Professor Connie Pechmann's TRDRP funded grant studying anti-tobacco ads and supervising student interns working on this project.

Leigh Poirier Ball, MEd Associate Director (949) 824-9688 lpoirier@uci.edu
Leigh Poirier Ball earned her BS in Education and Psychology from Plymouth State University and MEd in Higher Education Administration from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She has worked in housing and residential education for over 10 years before joining the Health Education team in November 2006. Previously, Leigh focused her activities on student development with a concentration on leadership. Part of Leigh’s job includes services as Project Director for the Campus-Community Alcohol Management Project (CCAMP). She looks forward to connecting with students on alcohol and wellness-related issues.

Jasmine A. Blackburn Manager, Student Development & Tobacco (949) 824-7749 jablackb@uci.edu
Jasmine Blackburn received a BA in Social Ecology with an emphasis in Psychology and Social Behavior and a minor in Education. She has had extensive experience with the UCI community through her undergraduate involvements including University Studies, Peer Academic Advising, Student Parent Orientation Program (SPOP), and Interfaith. Jasmine coordinates the Tobacco Cessation Program which offers free resources to help students meet goals for quitting tobacco. She also oversees the recruitment of volunteers for Health Education Center programming and daily operations. Jasmine aims to connect students with appropriate resources to facilitate better choices around health and wellbeing; making the best out of college and adopting healthy practices extending beyond graduation.

Alisa Foreman Flowers, MPH, CHES Assistant Director / Sexual Health Programs Manager (949) 824-8206 aforeman@uci.edu Alisa Foreman, MPH, CHES returns to the campus after earning a Masters' in Public Health from Emory University in Atlanta. Alisa earned a BA from UCI in Environmental Analysis and Design in 2002. While at UCI, Alisa served as a facilitator for the AIDS Fundamentals Course for two years. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist and is a trained HIV Test Counselor. Alisa participated in several research projects, most notably serving as Senior Project Coordinator for the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health where she managed research concerning community health outreach programs.

Anthony Pang received his B.S. in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine. As an undergraduate, he was involved as a House Assistant in Arroyo Vista for 2 years, a founding member of the housing student government as well as an active member of his fraternity. After graduation, Anthony continued his work with UCI in Arroyo Vista as a Resident Director. Anthony joined Health Education in September of 2008 as the Alcohol Prevention Coordinator. He is excited to be with the Health Education staff and continue working with the UCI community. |

Devi Sharma, MPH Department Coordinator (949) 824-9050 dsharma@uci.edu
Devi Sharma received her B.S. in Biological Sciences in 2005 and her B.A. in Anthropology in 2006 from UCI and earned her Masters in Public Health at CSULB. As an undergrad she was involved with the UCI community as a staff member in Campus Village housing for a few years serving as the President of Campus Village Student Association and volunteering in various undergrad housing committees. After graduating in 2006, Devi came back to work at UCI in Campus Village and is now a part of the Health Education team. Devi joined Health Ed. in December 2007 and serves as the Department Coordinator.

Allie Shiozaki-Kawamoto earned her B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior and minors in Digital Art and Education from UCI. As an undergraduate, Allie worked as a University Studies Discussion Leader, Mesa Court Community Programmer, and Middle Earth Resident Advisor. After graduating, she continued with undergraduate housing and in September 2006, joined the Health Education staff as a Grants Project Coordinator. Allie also works at Disneyland as part of the Disney Desk, In Market Sales team. She is excited to expand her experiences and continue working with students and the Health Education Staff!

Tiffany Prajudha Coalition Grants Coordinator tprajudh@uci.edu
Tiffany Prajudha received her B.S. in Public Health Science from UCI. ??As an undergraduate, she worked at the Health Education Center as a student staff member and participated in the Health Leaders Internship program. She also served as Vice President and Secretary for the Badminton Club at UCI. During the summer of 2009, Tiffany volunteered in Nicaragua with GMT to provide free medical and dental clinics. After graduating, Tiffany joined the Health Education Staff as a Coalition Grants Coordinator in October 2009. She is excited to learn and continue working with the Health Education Staff and the UCI community. |

Michelle Nishida joined our staff in December 2004, handling financial operations, budget preparations, and payroll/personnel matters for university funds and grants. She has worked on the UCI campus for 6 years since graduating with her B.A. in Cognitive Sciences.
